The app I chose is called Google Drive.

It is used to create online documents, such as .word or .pptx, to avoid loosing them if the computer has an issue. It is also used to share these documents with more people. I found it thanks to google, as it's an app integrated in Google.
The main use I would give this app is to share the information I gather about the Solar System with my teammates, as, with only 1 click, I can share the information with them, and it will be stored in the cloud.
